Refund policy

1. Digital content and the right of withdrawal

Pixelion is digital content delivered immediately after payment (theme download and licence key issuance). Under EU consumer law (and equivalent local provisions), the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content once:

1. performance has begun with the consumer's prior, express consent, and
2. the consumer acknowledges that, as a result, they lose their right of withdrawal.

Our checkout flow requests this confirmation explicitly via a checkbox you must actively tick before paying. By doing so, you knowingly waive your right of withdrawal from the moment the theme download and licence delivery begin.

2. Goodwill policy (editable paragraph)

Notwithstanding the above, and purely as a voluntary commercial gesture — not a legal obligation — Borja Pulido Tudela may consider refund requests within a reasonable period after purchase (for example, 7 days), provided the theme has not been activated on any store and has not been downloaded more than once. Each request is reviewed individually by writing to borjabussiness@gmail.com with your order number. (Adjust or remove this paragraph to match the actual commercial policy you offer.)

3. Licence revocation after a refund

If a refund is granted, the associated licence is automatically revoked: the theme will stop working on any store where it was active. The same applies to refunds resulting from payment disputes (chargebacks) or fraudulent/abusive use of the licence.

4. Billing errors

If you notice a duplicate or incorrect charge, contact us at borjabussiness@gmail.com and we will resolve it immediately, regardless of the sections above.

5. US customers

For purchases made from the United States, the same immediate-delivery terms described above apply. There is no federal statutory right to a refund for digital products already delivered; however, Borja Pulido Tudela will address any billing or technical issue in good faith — write to borjabussiness@gmail.com.

6. How to request a refund

Email us at borjabussiness@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will respond within a reasonable time.
